Our chefs specialise in South Indian & Sri Lankan cuisine. Southern Indian food is characterised by different flavours of rice, and dishes with lighter, fresher flavour with the use of coconut milk, native fruits, curry leaves as common cooking ingredients. Northern Indian food uses a lot of yogurt, onion, tomatoes and garlic. These meals are warmly flavoured.
We have won five times "GOLD PLATE" finalist award for the most prestigious Best Indian food category from the Hotel and Hospitality Industry of Western Australia. Our head chef is running a cooking school for interested guests, who would like to learn to cook traditional Indian meals.
